MATCH RULES
  • Standard Carrom Doubles rules apply.
  • All tournament matches are knockout.
  • A match must produce a winner; no completed match may end in a tie.
  • Players must be present and ready when called.
  • Board and referee assignments are controlled by the tournament committee.
SEEDING & ADVANCEMENT
  • Teams are seeded #1–#19 before the draw.
  • The highest-seeded team receives the Round 1 bye.
  • Round 2 produces five winners for Top 5 ranking.
  • #1–#3 advance directly to semifinals; #4 vs #5 play-in.
  • Semifinal losers play for third place.
